DBL Infra Assets Private Limited formerly known as Highfly Air lines Pvt Ltd, was incorporated on May 31, 2010 under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior ("The ROC").

The registered office of the Company is Plot No. 5, Inside Govind Narayan Singh Gate, Chuna Bhatti, Kolar Road, Bhopal – 462016 (M.P.) and having the Corporate Identity Number: U74110MP2010PTC023673.

The object of the Company is to undertake development of infrastructure work and acquire businesses aligned with its operations.
